European Sales Lead,  EMEA

We’re looking for a European Sales Lead (EMEA) to lead and shape our EMEA presence in an exciting period of growth. Reporting directly to our Software Director and partnering with your peers (Altran Account Managers) across all Altran European operations. Our European Sales Lead will have an exceptional understanding of technology needs & requirements to drive a seamless and best in market customer’s experience strategy.  You hold a passion for all things digital, with deep digital product and B2B experience. You are incredibly proactive, results driven and have experience in presenting, demoing and selling SaaS software solutions. You think big, are an exceptional and inspiring sales person, with an entrepreneurial spirit who can scale process quickly & think strategically and creatively. What You’ll Do

The European Sales Lead (EMEA) will be responsible for establishing and maintain EMEA prospects and opportunities and ensuring that the challenges and needs of new & existing clients are both well understood and executed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, marketing, and building the foundational framework of a company on a global level, with a proven track record of successfully building world-class cross-functional organizations during periods of rapid growth. There will be significant travelling required for this role so the ideal candidate should  be prepared to travel multiple times a week to key European cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll drive the EMEA sales generation for, identifying key prospects & building a world-class sales approach to support the continued growth of the business.
  • Research and mobilise our marketing team to drive business expansion across Europe and Middle East with a focus on Finance, Telecoms and Technology verticals in UK&I, Nordics, France, BeNe and DACH
  • Managing your pipeline & activity to achieve revenue targets.
  • Providing PowerPoint and initial SYNERGi demos
  • Providing monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting against LAND & EXPAND targets.
  • Work with the wider software team to understand the current client sentiment in EMEA and assist in retaining revenue.
  • Travelling to meet with clients and prospects

What You Bring

  • 10+  years of experience in a B2B marketing and sales
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or GRC consulting. Your track record includes working in a fast-paced, high growth environment from SaaS and tech
  • Experienced: You’ve done this before and you loved it. Your track record includes scaling a successful value proposition; with experience in subscription and recurring revenue models
  • You are incredibly proactive and results driven
  • Relationship-orientated: you have experience and a positive track record with executing business partnerships.
  • Grit: You know what it means to be hands-on and get involved in the day to day activities of our culture, team and overall global footprint.


  • Fluency in multiple European languages
  • Experience with GRC software solutions


  • Negotiable – Germany (Munich), France (Paris) or Spain (Madrid)
  • Option for home-based for the right candidate
