Since the acquisition, we have moved into new and exciting areas of security, using Altran’s Global Account Managers to welcome new clients through our doors.

This role is unique in the way that you will report into the Sales Director but will sit in between sales, project management and technical. You’ll work with the Account Management team to scope work, building relationships with the technical team to understand the requirements of each customer.
This role is the glue that keeps the teams together and makes sure that the train runs on time. It will be your responsibility to make sure that IRM and our clients have everything in place for us to carry out a technical engagement.
You will quickly become an expert in information security and be able to identify what is required of the client and us to successfully complete our engagement.
The main part of the technical scoping role will be to support the sales team in translating client requirements into an actionable scoping document. You will attend both calls and meeting with the client to fully understand the work required, pulling all the teams together to ensure a successful test.
