Our latest ‘Risky Business’ Survey, to be published later this month, shows that a concerning 30% of respondents are not aware of the NIS Regulations, which have been effective since 9th May 2018. For those who are aware, only 39% consider themselves as compliant and 33% haven’t implemented it at all.
