Last Thursday, IRM’s Sales Director, Sean Arrowsmith, presented a webinar titled “Cyber Security Meets Engineering”. The topic of the webinar stemmed from IRM’s involvement with parent company Altran, who are a leading engineering R&D organisation. Our engagement with engineering professionals in the last year has highlighted a demand for support in the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operation Technology (OT).
With lots of attendees, the webinar helped to demonstrate some of the challenges engineers and cyber professionals are facing in the industry. From the complex nature of digital supply networks to balancing efficiency with transparency in manufacturing, Sean covered a huge array of topics throughout the webinar.
